1. Introduction

Welcome to Kashmir Infinite Travels. By booking with us, you agree to adhere to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making any reservations.

2. Booking and Payment

2.1. All bookings must be made through our official website or authorized agents. 2.2. A non-refundable deposit of 25% is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation. 2.3. The balance payment is due 30 days prior to the start of your tour. If booking within 30 days of departure, full payment is required at the time of booking.

3. Cancellation Policy

3.1. Cancellations must be made in writing and are subject to the following charges:

• More than 30 days before departure: Loss of deposit
• 15-30 days before departure: 50% of total cost
• Less than 15 days before departure: 100% of total cost

4. Changes to Booking

4.1. Any changes to the booking must be communicated in writing. 4.2. Changes are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

5. Travel Insurance

5.1. Travel insurance is mandatory for all clients. It should cover personal injury, medical expenses, loss of or damage to luggage, and cancellation.

6. Liability

6.1.Kashmir Infinite Travels acts only as an agent for hotels, transportation companies, and other suppliers. We are not responsible for any loss, injury, or damage sustained during the trip.

7. Health and Safety

7.1. Clients are responsible for ensuring they are fit to travel and participate in the activities included in the itinerary. 7.2. Any pre-existing medical conditions must be disclosed at the time of booking.

8. Passport and Visas

8.1. It is the responsibility of clients to ensure they have valid passports and the necessary visas for travel.

9. Conduct

9.1. Clients are expected to conduct themselves in a manner that does not disturb other travelers or local residents. 9.2. We reserve the right to terminate the trip of any client who engages in illegal or disruptive behavior.

10. Force Majeure

10.1. We are not liable for any loss, damage, or delay caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, political unrest, and pandemics.

11. Governing Law

11.1. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India.
